PROCESS OF RECRUITMENT

Stage of employee selection:

STAGE I: APPLICATION /CV, Resume/

Process of reviewing the applications will be made.

STAGE II: INTERVIEWING

Applicants who meet the requirements for the advertised position will be invited for an interview

STAGE III: PROFESSIONAL SKILL TEST

Depending on the characteristics of each job, a professional and skill test will be taken

STAGE IV: FINAL INTERVIEW

Depending on the specifics of each job, you will be invited to 2-3 rounds of interviews

STAGE V: JOB OFFER

Make a formal job offer and agree on the terms of the employment contract.
